Learning Mentors – Primary

Recent Graduates, Masters Students and Trainee Teachers act as ‘Learning Mentors’  our  ‘Study Buddies ‘

Subject knowledge is a must, but being a good Mentor is really about explaining concepts in a way that’s clear, engaging and personalised for each pupil. You can have three degrees in Physics, but that doesn’t mean you’ll be good at explaining science to a Primary School pupil.  Mentors who can empathise with their pupils and help them build confidence help pupils unleash their potential, and we see amazing results in just a few lessons.

Our Learning Mentors  have a minimum of a 2:1 degree from top UK Universities, and because they’re just a few years older, they can explain things in a way that school aged children find relatable.
